Statement by renowned young speaker Rahul Giri
Sangola: How a person lived is more important than how long he lived. Those who have proven their unsurpassed achievements by upholding the principles. The practice adopted by Guruvarya Bapusaheb of leading from adversity to favorability is rejuvenating the thoughts of today’s generation, asserted Rahul Giri, a renowned young speaker from Maharashtra.
He was speaking on the occasion of the closing ceremony of the 44th memorial service of Guruvarya Bapusaheb Zapke in the premises of Sangola Vidyamandir School. On this occasion, Sangola Taluka Shikshan Prasarak Mandal President Prof. Prabuddhchandra Zapke and Principal Amol Gaikwad were present on the dais.
Rahul Giri said that today’s generation does not speak with their lips but speaks with a finger moving on a mobile phone on a screen touch. Therefore, it is necessary to take the example of Prabhu Ramchandra, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Swami Vivekananda, Bhagat Singh by saying that parents should increase their statuses rather than statuses on WhatsApp. The institution has cultivated the principle of recruiting teachers without donation out of a sense of sacrifice and longing for the students. Therefore, create awareness of values and build a country of our own and be aware of our duties, making the students aware that the soil of Vidyamandir has a heritage of rich thoughts and principles.
At the beginning of the program, a wreath was dedicated to the portrait of Guruvarya Bapusaheb Zapke and Baisaheb Zapke. In the introduction, Prof. Prabuddhchandra Zapke said, the power of labor is immense. Guruvarya Bapusaheb Zapke established this institution by donating labor. This is an important institution in the district that focuses on the qualitative growth of students along with numerical growth. Vidyamandir has become a brand in terms of quality.
Sangola taluka was famous only for drought. But this identity of drought is being replaced by the identity of quality. We all still uphold Bapusaheb’s principle that education should not be marketed, and we get spiritual satisfaction from this, he explained the purpose of the program and welcomed the attendees.
The program was attended by the organization’s secretary Mallikarjun Ghongde, joint secretary Prashuddh Chandra Zapke, treasurer Shankarrao Sawant, executive members Chandrashekhar Ankalgi, Digambar Jagtap, Shilakaki Zapke, Adv Vijaysinh Chavan, Vishwesh Zapke. The program was coordinated by Prof. Dhanaji Chavan, Unmesh Atpadikar. The vote of thanks was expressed by Principal Amol Gaikwad.

Children’s mute lives can speak
This initiative of ours in Solapur district is being appreciated for the first time in the form of the Guruvarya Bapusaheb Zapke Meritorious Teacher Award from Solapur district. I am deeply proud of this. Even if this message reaches some deaf and mute children through this award, the mute lives of these children can speak.
